Our Hajj desk is available seven days a week and will talk you through any part of the journey.
If your leave is short, the two-week Express programmes cover the whole of Hajj at a brisk pace. If you would rather not rush, the 25 and 38-day Full Moon programmes give you far longer in Makkah and Madinah. Within either, Signature, Premium and Value differ mainly in how close you stay and how much is arranged privately.
Yes. Full-board halal dining is included in every package, with Indian and Continental menus. Tell us at booking if anyone in your group has a dietary requirement and we will plan around it.
Yes. Renowned Ulama travel with every Mubarak Travels group and stay with you through the rites, so guidance is beside you rather than something you have to seek out. Pre-departure Hajj training is arranged in Hyderabad as well.
Group bookings are welcome and are how most of our pilgrims travel. We keep a group together in its rooms and in its Mina tents wherever the allocation allows, and one point of contact handles the whole booking.
Route and flight extensions can often be arranged, and they are charged additionally in line with our Terms and Conditions. Ask the Hajj desk before you book so the fare difference and the visa validity can be checked for your dates.
CAT-A is the Category A camp allocated by the Saudi system. “Custom by Mubarak” is our own upgraded arrangement in Mina, organised by us rather than taken as standard. Each package’s card and the comparison table say which one it uses.
Hajj 2027 is expected around 14–19 May 2027, subject to moon sighting — the Saudi authorities confirm the dates, not us. Short packages usually leave Hyderabad in early May and longer ones from mid-April; each package shows its own departure dates once they are confirmed.
No operator can. The Hajj visa, the MOFA number and the platform approvals are issued by the Saudi authorities alone. As a registered HGO we prepare and submit everything and follow it through end to end, which is the strongest handling an application can be given.
Prices are not published because they move with each season’s confirmed hotel, flight and Saudi service costs. Send an enquiry or call the Hajj desk and we will share the current pricing and the 2027 brochure for the package you are considering.
Once the Hajj visa or MOFA is issued the booking is confirmed and non-refundable, because the funds have been committed within Saudi systems by then. Before that point the terms depend on what has already been paid out; everything is set out in writing in our Terms and Conditions before you book.
