Assalamualikum wrOur Hajj 2024 was through Mubarak travels which was an amazing experience for us .The entire Mubarak travels team and rehan bhai were very honest, transparent , friendly , responsible and efficient throughout.Their dedication, good planning and execution made our Hajj very smooth and memorable.Mubarak travels team was always with us during our 5 days of Hajj we are performing haj with Molana Salah uddin safi sahab and Mulana Obaid ur rahman Atthar sahab. Alhmd, and tried their best to make sure we did not face any issues.hotel was very close to Haram which made it convenient for us to walk to Haram at anytime of the day or night spicily my parents are 65 years old they have very comfortable in this holy journey.The food was good and the itinerary was well planned and executed. A quick heartfelt review for Mubarak Travels for Hajj-2024Alhumdulillah hajj completed, may allah accept our haj. I consider myself very much blessed and grateful as this haj journey came to an end. i don’t know how many of you all will read this by this is my sincere feedback and review for the haj journey that i have taken with Mubarak travels.I travelled with them for haj2024 with my mother father and we were a family of 6 members.Overall experience: 10/10Let me start from the beginning1. Visa and documentation: 10/102. updates, payment terms and invoices 10/10 (super transparent)3. Airticket confirmation 8/10 (confirmed at last moment)4. Haj orientation seminar 10/10 (it was really helpful and informative with focus on real challenges)5. Haj kit 10/106. group movement to makkah 7/10 (took 3 hrs @ jeddah airport)7. Makkah hotel 10/10 (Welcome, reception, ambiance and location)8. Mina tents 10/10 (very close to jamarat and fully air conditioned tents in hot summer)9. Arfath 1000000/10 (this was the outstanding part of Mubarak travels, their main focus was on the day of arfath, the scholars who travelled with Mubarak was literally renowned and the group dua that we did on the day of arfath was overwhelmingly and literally everyone was crying like babies, all thanks to maualana salah uddin saifi shb and maulana obaid ur rahman shb)10. Transportation 8/10 (sometimes buses got delayed, i know its easier said than done but 8 is all i can give)11. Madina 10/10 (Welcome, reception, ambiance and location)12. ziyarats 1000/10 (we have gone to Taif, Kiswa factory, jourana, makkah local ziyarats, madinah local ziyarats, all prominent mosques in madina, meusems and many more places which we weren’t even aware of and which was not even the part of package, really thankful to team)13. flights 10/10 (on time and direct flight saudi airlines)14. Laundry 7/10 (lost my mothers duppata and my white kurta got stained)15. Customer service 10/10 (they have a tremendous team working and are always available for serving hajis no matter what)16. Alhamdulillah, Performed my Hajj 2024 very comfortably with Mubarak Travels.From the Beginning of this blessed journey till the end, everything was taken care by them very courteously.Super comfortable stay @ Makkah, from hotel to Haram was less than 100 seconds on dedicated route bus drive into the basement of clocktower.Luxurious stay @ Madina, in-front of Haram gates.Alhamdulillah had no issues reaching & offering congregation prayers at both the Haramain.Mina Tents were very beautiful and very close to Jamaraat, Arafat was Amazing experience in comfortable Temperature controlled tents under the scorching Sun.Overall, Alhamdulillah very easy and comfortable Hajj accompanied by renowned ulama e deen.Special Thanks to Azeem Bhai, Mazhar Bhai, Raihan, Azhar & everyone involved.
